Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the business strategy by aligning with corporate goal in order to achieve sales target such as P&L – PBIT/ %OI.
• Manage portfolio which targeted to improve P&L, in order to align with any stated in the contract.  Explore and approach the new business opportunities by aiming to win competition/market with profitable condition.
• Develop and implement CRM program by co-operate with the cross functional team in order to create customer loyalty. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or related filed 
• Master degree in MBA is preferable 
• At least 5 years in related commercial work 
• Aptitude / Ability Required 
• Official driving license 
• Good command of English both writing and speakin
