Develop analytical tools and performance indicators to effectively support the sales team.
Analyze consumer-focused initiatives by comparing plan versus actual results, identifying gaps and trends, and highlighting key findings to the NSM and MM.
Perform article-level performance analysis across regions to pinpoint areas requiring corrective action in a timely manner.
Monitor performance by segment to assist NSM and MM in formulating strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
Assist management in preparing sales budgets and updating rolling forecasts.
Conduct variance analyses between forecast and budget, and between actual sales and forecasts.
Generate customized reports and provide insights to support strategic business decisions and ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate with the supply chain team by supplying essential data and guidance for both short-term and long-term demand forecasting.
Carry out quantitative analyses such as ROI evaluation, trend identification, opportunity and risk assessment, forecasting, regression, correlation, cannibalization, and probability modeling.
Ensure accurate calculation of sell-in bonus eligibility by collecting relevant sales data, applying approved incentive structures, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Handle administrative sales support tasks such as preparing daily sales reports, issuing memos for customer group updates, processing tire returns via eSign, registering new dealers, preparing rebate documentation for approval, and other related document requests.
Apply statistical techniques to interpret data effectively and present insights in a clear, actionable format.
Review and prepare documents such as sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements in coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Sales, NSM, MM).
Serve as the key contact for Salesforce support and local enhancements, promoting user adoption, providing training, and ensuring system alignment with business workflows.
Clearly understand the needs of NSM and the sales team, and maintain effective communication.
Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional departments.
Demonstrate sensitivity to team needs and expectations.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
03 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales or Account Management, Supply Chain, Product Launch Coordination, or related areas.
Understanding of business operations including products, production processes, customer landscape, and industry trends; familiarity with accounting, controlling, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Strong analytical and logical thinking, structured approach to work, effective presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Project management capabilities including value creation, planning and execution, and results orientation with leadership potential.
