Bangladesh - Heat Transfer Printing Consultant (1 yr renewable)
Introduction:
n established manufacturer in the Heat Printing industry is actively hiring a Heat Transfer Printer Expert to expand their product output and market footprint globally . Leadership skill is essential and an attractive annual remuneration package awaits the right candidate . This position is based in Bangladesh (Chittagong) and only candidates who are willing to relocate needs apply .
Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled and motivated team
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures in printing, cutting and packing
- Set up the machines and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Manage costings and job scheduling within a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
- Establish KPI for Product Quality control to minimize wastage
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical of Mechanical engineering
- Extensive management experience gained in a heat transfer printing facility
- Expertise in water-based heat transfer manufacture from artwork generation to finished product
- Multi-printing platform experience, including INO presses
- Understanding of the Restricted Substances Lists and quality needs of the global brands and retailers
- Good knowledge of fault finding on finished heat transfers before and after application to garment
- Understanding of technical fabric properties
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot machines
- Comfortable with managing teams within a multicultural environment
- This role will need full-time commitment for at least a year and subject to annual renewal
- Familiarity with the working and cultural practices within Bangladesh will be an advantage
