Introduction:

Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and follow up New Product introduction to achieve the timeline of customer.
2. Use existing processes/ products to develop new product released.
3. Completed visible of project timeline with readiness for all areas (such as Drawing, tooling, materials, master data).
4. Review and feasibility with risk assessment analysis to assure the needed quality for drawing submission in PLM.
5. Establish Master Data (BOM / RT/ PV) of new product, transfer item and re-active item in SAP system.
6. Establish Standard Time and Working Instruction of new product.
7. Provide information of technical data and investment to controller for estimate price of new product.
8. Provide concept/ request tooling, equipment to support new product.
9. Establish/ Revise formula of new product, new item and as requirement/ changed.
10. Generate / Update engineering report, document and procedure related to engineering works.
11. Drive Engineering KPI and follow up to achieve target.
12. Support and confirm modification from CH.
13. Maintain and update Master data (BOM/ RT/ PV) as time/ process changed that require the modification from CH.
14. Manage special project/ assignment by the superior (>3 Projects per year)
15. Informing the superior about important matters which concern the company and division.
16. Improve efficiency, cost reduction, quality, usage, flow, process, safety.
17. Take part in the meeting/call involving participants from other sites using English as communication language.
18. Develop and improve NPI current work instruction for more efficiency and practical.     

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

7-10 years of work experience to maintenance machine

Experience in electrical hardware wiring and designing

Advantage experience in Beckhoff programming skills

 Good communication in English
