Introduction:

A leading French multi-fragrance organization is looking for an Assistant Travel Retail Operations Manager (Based in China) to support the growth of the Travel Retail China business. Successful candidate will enjoy an attractive Annual Remuneration package that commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all operational, staffing and training needs of multiple fragrance brands’ portfolio within China.
• Work closely with Area Manager on promotional targets and set retail sales targets for BAs/promoters and incentive plans to reward the shopfloor sales team.
• Accountable for their overall staffing performance and customer service standards, taking into account staff sales contribution, grooming standards, etc
• Involve in Trade shows logistics which the company is participating in China.
• Support on introducing company’s portfolio during the trade event.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, i.e. Operations, Retail Management, Training.
• Experience in working at Airport Duty-Free environment
• Self-starter, hands-on individual with eye for details.
• Responsible, strong organizational and communication skills and works well with all levels.
• Good understanding of retail industry in China is highly advantageous but candidates from other category will be considered.
• English and Business Chinese proficiency is mandatory.
• Microsoft Office software literate 
• Frequent traveling within China is required
