Introduction:

Assistant Metal Press Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the repair and maintenance of the die section.

2. Maintain control over the engineering design process.

3.Oversee the general maintenance and repair of machines, including facility functions.

4.The control procedure for part machining includes jigs and fixtures in manufacturing.

5Review all STDs for manufacturing and provide training to address problems.

6.Communicate with concerns on trial testing follow-up, analysis, and problem solving.

7.provide a meeting report on the new model and write a document addressing concerns.

8.Support both internal and external audits.

9.Subordinates' training and evaluation.

10. Review current procedures and include new issues or updates, as well as training to address problems.

11. Review the current WI and Form, including any new issues or updates, and provide training to address any concerns. 

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Related Fields

-Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and related design software.

-Can improve Die stamping single, progressive, and related designs.

-At least 5 years of experience in die design for metal parts.

-Good communicate in English.
