As the Assistant Director or Director of Fabric Sales, you will be the driving force behind our growth, building on our reputation for innovation and sustainability. You will be responsible for nurturing key brand partnerships, while aggressively expanding our market share across the performance, activewear, and fashion sectors. This role is for a proactive and commercially-minded professional who can translate industry trends into tangible business opportunities. You will serve as a key liaison between our global teams and our US-based clients, ensuring seamless execution from design concept to final delivery. Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive significant revenue growth and proactively develop new business opportunities within the US apparel and fashion market.

Trend Translation: Analyze seasonal trend insights and translate them into commercially successful fabric solutions that meet the needs of our brand partners.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, focusing on both acquisition and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our global design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to deliver innovative and holistic solutions.

Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, working in tandem with a dedicated technical team to ensure quality, cost, and timelines align with customer expectations.

Pipeline Management: Utilize market intelligence and your industry network to effectively manage the sales funnel and pipeline.

Market Competitiveness: Optimize sourcing and pricing strategies to enhance our competitive advantage in the US market.


Requirements:

15 years of experience in the textiles or apparel industry, with a proven track record in fabric sales and business development.

Deep expertise in textile construction, manufacturing processes, and market trends.

Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, supported by an established network and strong relationships with US fashion and sportswear brands.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with senior-level buyers.

Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Ideally, the candidate will be based in the United States.
