Introduction:

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB (Attractive 6-month variable bonus, ref:2025) Location: Pinthong, Sriracha, Chonburi (Own Transportation Required)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Board of Investment (BOI) accounting requirements.
3. Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and various accounting reports.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of at least two accounting professionals.
5. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
6. Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
2. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising an accounting team.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
5. Proficient in English, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information and understand complex reports.
6. Experience with import-export accounting procedures or Vietnamese accounting standards is preferred.
7. Possession of CPD certificates is a plus.
8. Familiarity with Japanese work culture is a distinct advantage.
9. Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
10. Must possess own reliable transportation for the daily commute to the office.
