Introduction:

Salary: 50,000 80,000 THB Location: Muang, Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee proper accounting and review of bills for procurement of materials, services, and project costs.
2. Review and maintain proper accounting for taxes such as VAT, WHT, Customs duties, and payroll costs.
3. Manage accounting activities related to tax filings and payroll for the project.
4. Prepare and submit complete and accurate documentation for project bills to headquarter, ensuring adherence to payment schedules, compliance standards, and cash flow management.
5. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and fulfill internal and external audit requirements related to project activities.
6. Conduct timely and accurate month-end closing procedures.
7. Generate management information system (MIS) reports as required for decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, specifically in project-based and manufacturing environments.
3. Prior experience working in a reputable manufacturing organization with exposure to plant finance and accounting.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing/project accounting, including Capex accounting.
5. Proficient in SAP and knowledgeable about internal control practices.
6. Solid knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance, especially related to VAT, WHT, and customs.
7. Excellent English communication skills.
8. Willing to work six days a week and able to travel using ones own vehicle.
