Responsibilities:
Job Description
- Organize the preparation of financial plans and control standards.
- Oversee and verify accounting tasks to ensure compliance with accounting standards, including AP, AR, GL, cheque handling (receiving and issuing), and auditing through the Express and ERP accounting software.
- Manage and verify tax reports and filings, prepare monthly tax reports and submit forms such as PND 1, PND 2, PND 3, PND 53, and VAT 30 to the Revenue Department, as well as submit annual reports for PND 1Kor and PND 2Kor.
- Review and reconcile bank statements, verify outstanding receivables and payables, audit trial balance items, and adjust accounting records for prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, deferred revenue, inter-account transfers, loans, and other entries.
- Supervise and audit the asset register, verify cost calculations, and compute depreciation, while reconciling the balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and production cost reports, and analyze both monthly and annual reports.
- Prepare and submit PND 50, PND 51 tax forms, and BOI reports.
- Coordinate the company's funding activities and risk management operations.
- Provide advice and support for decision-making related to investments, financing, mergers, and other significant business activities of the company.
- Report the company operational status, performance, income, financial expenses, and plans to senior management, offering valuable recommendations.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
- More than 7 years of work experience, with a preference for experience in BOI-related financial roles in the automotive or electronics industry
- Expertise in Thai financial laws and regulations, with strong professional ethics and extensive experience in financial and accounting projects
- Familiarity with financial regulations for both domestic and international publicly listed companies
- CPD-certified and eligible to sign as an accountant
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Chinese is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills and previous experience working with international teams
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, honesty, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
