Introduction:
Our client is a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, looking for a Software Development Manager in Shanghai
Responsibilities:
• Develop DMS/OMS for Asia Customers as platform solution.
• Adapt CMS (Camera Monitoring System) design for Asia Customers, based on platform from the US.
• Search (Evaluate) and work with 3rd party algorithm solutions.
• Integrate 3rd party algorithm. And make sure the series project application is properly conducted.
• Setup SW Tool Chain.
• Setup bench and Vehicle test.
• System performance definition and evaluation.
• Hire and coach Embedded SW design team.
• Establish and maintain SW Quality system.
• Develop extended features to support Parking and Driving (ADAS).
• He/She will personally do the development work-packages before team is ready.
Requirements:
• Bachelor and above in Software Engineering.
• 6+ years R&D experience in embedded software for series projects.
• Experienced in CNN integration in ARM and TDAx.
• 2+ series projects development experience from beginning till SOP.
• Experienced in ISO26262 and ASPICE.
• Experienced in ASPICE Certification process.
• Can work with American, Indian, and European with efficient English communication.
• Strong result and customer oriented. Effective customer communication.
• Ambitious to establish (hire/train) his/her own SW R&D to deliver the high-quality SW system.
