Introduction:
Our client, one of the most profitable game companies in the USA is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to attract, engage, and acquire top games talent in the industry in Asia.
Location & Reporting Line:
This position will be based in Shanghai. The Senior Talent Partner will report to the Director of Global Talent, with a dotted reporting line to the Representative Director for APAC.
Responsibilities:
What you will do:
。 Own and manage full life cycle recruitment for roles across our organization.
。 Source prospective hires and maintain our passive candidate pipeline with high touch and frequent communication.
。 Brainstorm and bring to fruition new strategies for connecting with and interviewing potential prospects.
。 Work closely with the rest of the recruiting team to streamline and innovate upon the recruiting and hiring process.
。 Develop and maintain strong working relationships with executives and other hiring managers to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
。 Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
。 Build trust with candidates and provide them with complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and each position.
。 Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Requirements:
What you will need:
。 5+ years of games and product recruiting experience
。 Strong passive candidate sourcing is a must
。 Experience working in a team environment as an internal recruiter.
。 Excellent interviewing skills including knowledge of the software development process.
。 Intimate knowledge of the technical and mobile gaming market is a plus.
。 Bachelors Degree
。 Fluent in English and native level in Mandarin
