Introduction:
The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- More than 8 years working experience, engaged in marketing work in beauty or skincare category industry in recent 3 years
- Rich market resources, such as traditional magazine media or online media, KOL, anchor and so on
- Know the means and tools of marketing promotion , and handle large cases of marketing drainage
- Have a deep understanding of e-commerce sales and more cooperation experience, and improve the conversion rate through marketing
- Understand the relationship between brand, market, product and sales, engaged in brand communication, implemented marketing projects, launched new products and led sales
- Have some experience in channel marketing, and know how to transform offline channels into sales through marketing
- There have been successful cases to prove that personal brand building, product market positioning and selling points are accurate, and they are favored by C-end users
- Brands that have operated at least 10 million levels
- Have a keen sense of the market, have a certain ability to learn new things and draw inferences from one instance in view of the emerging new media marketing methods
- Understand CRM and social marketing
- Have certain leadership and management ability to lead the marketing team
Requirements:
- Responsible for online and offline
- Must have the background of the brand / Party A's cosmetics company, and must have worked in the cosmetics industry in recent 2 years
- Focus on brand market
- Fluent English needs to communicate with headquarters
- Under 40 years old
- Strong leadership and team management ability
