Introduction:
Our client is a global gaming company, looking for a Talent Acquisition in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Turn profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of sourcing methods (referral, search firms, online posting, direct sourcing and etc.)
- Screen and evaluate candidates and lead candidates through the recruiting process ensuring efficiency in scheduling, timely feedback and appropriate utilization of interviewer time.
- Source, review, and qualify passive candidates
- Facilitate and hold the bar in context and round-up meetings with hiring managers and interviews on potential candidates
- Stakeholder management
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
\r\nBachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus
\r\n4 years of experience doing full-cycle recruiting
\r\nExperience with various research tools and strong\r\nin building talent pipelines
\r\nAbility to proactively take initiative and is\r\ncomfortable working with minimal direction
\r\nAbility to partner with everyone from your\r\ncoordinator to C-level executives
\r\nExperience building meaningful customer\r\nrelationships across departments
\r\nStrong computer and analytical skills; proficient\r\nwith Excel and PowerPoint
\r\nFluency in Mandarin and English
\r\nDesired Qualifications:
\r\nExperience supporting recruiting in the\r\nhigh-tech,internet, entertainment, gaming related industry
\r\nExperience recruiting in an agency and corporate\r\nsetting
