Introduction:

Our client is multi-national company

Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with the order fulfillment process (order to delivery) in order to ensure delivery of goods to customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Planning Department indeed to advise, serve customer needs
  • Management delivery with the transportation service provider
  • Follow up until the shipment is completed
  • Solve the problem if there is during the shipment or provide a workaround solution to satisfy work
  • Provide customer excellent experience

Requirements:


  • Education Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing and other related fields Experience.
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain background
  • Experience for using ERP application such as SAP, MOVEX
  • Effective communication with strong service-minded
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 600) and computer literacy
  • Very flexible with change and deliver innovation
  • Proactive and able to deliver business improvement project
  • Good customer focus and market intelligence
  • Work well under pressure environment
