Our client is the distributor of EV Motorcycle products. Now, our client is seeking a potential candidate in the position of Sales & Marketing Manager Working hour: Mon-Fri 08.30 – 18.00 Location: Head Office Ladphrao101
• Work with executives in setting up department strategies and goals to be able to drive products to increase sales and profit according to the target set by the company
• Managing and planning for sale forecast of electric motorcycles to the sales team as well as being a consultant advises to Product Manager in forecasting plan to purchase orders including control, supervise, and solve problems to ensure that there no more exceed inventory criteria
• Analyze sales data and advise the involved person including working with the Product Manager to plan marketing strategies, product prices, product push, and create various promotions and campaign plans
• Coordinate with Vendor to set policies goals of each product in marketing bargain and solve any potential issue
• Plan and supervise to Product Manager in developing product knowledge for both inside and outside the company
• Supervise, and assist Product Manager in planning money management for marketing
• Supervise, and assist the team in coordinating with various departments related such as sales, accounting, finance, logistics, and PR effectively
• Review, monitor, and push any plans or policies, including developing or modify under the situation occurring
• Reviews report and analyze the report to plan sales and operations
• Conduct, complies, the analysis plan for improvement, and develop the team
• Support, assistance, and advice to Product Managers in the department in solving problems.
• Drives performance goals and development to enhance the team's performance and capability
• Present regular reports and releases for management.
• Planing and manage the annual budgeting
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years in Management level of Sales and Marketing role and preferable in EV Motorcycle, Electric vehicles Product or Energy saving business.
• Good knowledge in Automotive business such as Motorcycle, Electric Vehicles, Energy-saving business
• Good Knowledge of the market for selling products EV Motorcycle, Electric Vehicles. ( B2B Business & Project base )
• Good management, planning, and problem-solving skills, Good personality, communication, and presentation skill
• Good communication in English
