Introduction:

Location: Samnak Thong, Mueang Rayong Salary: 55,000 - 80,000  THB Working Days: 6 days/week at a plant setup

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely allocation and dispatch of finished goods.
2. Analyze water samples to improve boiler efficiency and update test procedures.
3. Manage lab QMS documentation per NABL standards.
4. Monitor quality of in-process products and coordinate with control room.
5. Plan equipment calibration and maintenance with NABL-accredited agencies.
6. Ensure timely material testing and allocation as per customer specifications.
7. Oversee safe working practices in the lab and conduct safety training.
8. Address quality complaints and find root causes; visit customers for improvement.
9. Manage inventory of critical equipment and coordinate procurement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry.
2. 8-12 years’ experience in Quality Control, preferably with carbon black testing and NABL audits.
3. Training in 8D/CAPA/RCA and as NABL Internal Auditor.
4. Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt), and familiarity with IATF, ISO9001, ISO14001.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel expertise) and statistical tools.
6. Experience in equipment handling and maintenance.
