Introduction:
Job Title: Quality and Production Planning Manager
Work Location: CPI Factory, Tha Sae District, Chumphon Province
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:0017:00; Saturday, 08:0016:00
Reports To: Assistant Factory Director
Responsibilities:
- Plan and control production processes by coordinating with management and relevant departments to set objectives and execute plans effectively.
- Plan and oversee quality assurance activities, covering raw material intake, production processes, and finished products.
- Monitor and improve product quality systems to align with customer requirements and company strategy.
- Oversee the procurement of chemicals and equipment for quality control, ensuring necessity and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and monitor the operations of the Quality Control and Research & Development departments.
- Control the raw material inspection process (palm fruit bunches) and summarize evaluation results for relevant departments.
- Plan and coordinate staff training to ensure understanding of quality systems and customer requirements such as SWA, SQMS, and FSA.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits conducted by customers and regulatory agencies.
- Meet with customers as assigned to explain and address quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Project departments on all quality-related matters.
- Evaluate quality-related performance, including production defect corrections and projects impacting quality.
- Manage quality systems implemented by the company (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, TLS, TPM, RSPO, Safety, 5S, and Energy Conservation) to achieve organizational goals, including quality systems in affiliated companies (CPP).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management and production planning.
- Knowledge and experience in managing quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and RSPO.
- Understanding of customer requirements such as SWA, SQMS, and FSA.
- Knowledge or experience with ERP or manufacturing information systems.
