Responsibilities:

1. Conducted quality inspections and ensured compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
2. Utilize measuring instruments to assess product quality and detect deviations.
3. Interpret technical drawings to verify product specifications and tolerances.
4. Apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve quality processes.
5. Identify and investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
6. Report customer complaints and quality-related problems to supervisors promptly.
7. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to maintain and improve quality standards.
8. Prepare reports on inspection results, quality trends, and corrective actions for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proficient in using measuring instruments.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4. Knowledge of statistical processes and quality control methodologies.
5. 2-3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
