Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage sorting operations to ensure timely support for production.
2. Evaluate and decide on acceptable non-conforming (NG) work based on scientific principles and technical knowledge.
3. Supervise and control operations to achieve established goals and performance standards.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, summarize findings, and provide recommendations to relevant departments for problem resolution.
5. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure timely submission to customers.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve on-site issues effectively.
7. Compile and report sorting results to the supervisor regularly.
8. Prepare and present monthly performance summaries.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in raw material and plastic packaging inspection and work planning.
2. Strong knowledge of data analysis and processing techniques.
3. Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage teams effectively.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the confidence to express ideas and the openness to listen to others.
