Introduction:

Location: Rayong, Thailand Salary Range: 80,000 - 100,000 THB Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Material Management/Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of material receipt, storage, and inventory control during the project phase. The successful candidate will ensure the secure and accurate storage of machinery and construction materials, coordinate with project and purchasing teams, and maintain precise inventory records.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective strategies for material receipt, storage, and issuance in compliance with company standards.
2. Ensure stock accuracy through rigorous checks and controls.
3. Collaborate with project and purchasing teams to forecast schedules for goods and machinery receipt.
4. Plan and secure resources for efficient unloading, transportation, storage, and issuance of materials.
5. Formulate strategies for safe and secure physical inventory management.
6. Implement safety and environmental precautions in material handling processes.
7. Establish monitoring systems for inbound and outbound goods movements.
8. Develop stock accounting processes targeting zero variance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
2. Minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in the manufacturing, chemicals, cement, or metals industries.
3. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office, with strong skills in MS Excel.
4. Understanding statutory norms for raw material storage.
5. Expertise in 5S and material management tools and techniques.
6. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Prefer experience in greenfield projects, new plant setups, or power plant projects.
8. Excellent English proficiency.
9. Willingness to work six days per week during the new plant setup phase and alternate Saturdays afterward.
10. Flexible working style.
