Introduction:

Our client is one of the leaders in the supply an installation of automatic doors industry . They are inviting an individual to join them as Project Executive to service their existing customer base. Successful candidate can look forward to an annual remuneration package of above $45K.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders such Landlord, Contractors, Sales and product designers
• Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time , in conjunction with client requirement and objectives
• Overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising staff
• Coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project , including on-site support
• Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits
• Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project
• Managing team members to ensure that they are working effectively toward the project’s goals
• Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, schedules, and budgets for accuracy
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Min 2 to 3 years of experience in Construction or Building material field
• Self-starter, good attention to details, follow-up, and execution.
• Strong presentation skills: ability to effectively communicate to customers and must be organized and able to track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Training will be provided
• Possess Class 3 license as company vehicle will be provided
