Production Supervisor (Food Industry)
Managing daily production line performance and improvements for production operation
Monitor production operations to meet scheduled production volume requirements.
Lead the achievement of the plant objectives across Safety Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment operational framework.
Handle production costs and review of operational improvement methods
Manage document and implement standard operating procedures
Maintain the daily safety and quality of products
Directly report any defects to Plant Manager for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related fields
3 years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment of foods industry
Ability to manage time and complete tasks in full and on time.
Good communication in English both writing and speaking
Computer literate in MS programs and background in ERP system
Experience in plant commissioning is a plus
Interest to take on progressively more responsible roles within the organization
Own transportation
