Responsibilities:

1. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
2. Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Provide market insights and recommendations to management for effective decision-making.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and activities.
5. Prepare marketing reports and presentations to support business development.
6. Strengthen brand awareness and support customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Age 35 years and above.
3. Strong ability to analyze markets, assess competitiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
4. Good command of English (both written and spoken).
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Experience in marketing or business development will be an advantage.
7. Candidates with background in plastic bottle manufacturing will be given special consideration.
