Introduction:

Electronics Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

-Project management, drive productivity projects to achieve operational and cost excellence.

-Work study to improve manufacturing flow and labor productivity.

-Provide expert guidance and advice to improve engineering processes on all aspects.

-Initiate/optimize the capacity analysis not only short-term & mid-term planning, but also Long Range Planning on machine, tooling.

-Development policies, procedures to standardize the Industrial Engineering activities.

-Layout planning to promote space optimization and safety in company.

-Drive Engineering KPI and follow up to achieve target.

-Review reports/document to ensure the accuracy & comprehensive of the reports.

-Maintain/create Master Data (BOM/ Routing/ Production Version) of all products & accuracy in SAP system.

-Informing the superior about important matters, which concerns the company and division.

-Manage and delegate special project/ assignment by the superior

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Industrial Engineer or related field.
2. Experience 5 years in Industrial Engineer and project management and at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing.
3. Understanding of create and maintain master data in SAP, and/or MES.
4. Layout planning and execution.
