Introduction:

Electrical Maintenance and Instrument Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and control electrical maintenance operations to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
• Plan and oversee the inspection, calibration, and maintenance of measuring instruments to enhance accuracy.
• Plan and control the maintenance of utility systems related to production (Boilers, Compressors, Hot air, and RO systems) to ensure production runs as planned and meets set objectives.
• Plan and manage the availability of spare parts for critical machinery, and ensure efficient and cost-effective use of materials and parts.
• Control the maintenance budget and related expenses to ensure alignment with company policies and maximize efficiency.
• Manage and develop the team, focusing on improving maintenance processes and reducing risks while enhancing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in managing electrical and instrumentation maintenance operations in industrial plants.
• Experience in maintaining Boilers, Compressors, Hot air systems, and RO systems is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in managing PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) plans.
• Strong team management and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of resource management and budget control.
