Responsible

1.Be able to apply new BOI projects, Liaise with defined BOI contact 2.Full fill the BOI related reporting via the Thai Channels 3.Coordinate with BOI Thailand investment club and other relating parties.

4.Prepare BOI document/ report such as stock / scrap report, raw material, machinery/ spare part registration etc.

5.Manage/ monitor Company\\\'s right and privileges under BOI (formula, stock, import duty) 6.Filing document management (import- export documentation 7.Structure Key reports by taxes, duties, headcount and legal documents 8.Structure the reporting according to areas of operation (assets, materials, scrap, investments, financial results, people & education, environmental & health) 9.Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis 10.Coordinating and Processing to all application and document of BOI and Customs under shipping control and forwarders. [Taxation exemption for machinery, spare parts and also raw materials.

11.Assist Manager and Executive to handle varies tasks to be done to fulfill business requirement.

12. Be responsible for import-export Shipment, control import-export process, dealing with internal and external customers to ensure the good will arrive on time and correctly 13. Prepare shipping document for shipping company 14. Confirm HS code and customs duty for each material and product 15. Other jobs assigned related to the import/export and BOI

Requirements:

Qualification 

Male or female

Age from 20-35 years old

Knowledge on BOI practice, Import Export and Logistics concept Able to coordinate and work effectively with all related partners Be able to solve issues that happens during processes independently Good English skills(reading, writing and speaking)
