Introduction:

Location: Mueang, Rayong Salary Range: 80,000 - 100,000 THB per month

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a broad experience in various HR functions, with a particular focus on:

1. Recruitment and employee onboarding
2. Training and development
3. General affairs

The successful candidate will be flexible in their working approach and will preferably have experience in setting up new plants. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, can work effectively under pressure, and has good knowledge of Thai labor law.

The role requires the ability to travel for work using ones own car, as the position involves working six days per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the best candidates are attracted, selected, and onboarded.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
3. Manage general HR affairs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Collaborate with other departments to understand hiring needs and employee relations.
5. Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and laws.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in the HR field, with a focus on recruitment, training, and general affairs.
2. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
3. Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
4. Ability to work six days per week and travel using own car.
5. Preferably experienced in setting up new plant operations.
