岗位职责： 1、面向学生群体，准确描述消费者画像，明确该群体对休闲女鞋的产品需求； 2、结合流程趋势，明确产品定位、风格方向，价格体系、产品策略及上市周期等； 3、根据产品需求，协同设计团队跟进产品开发、设计的关键环节，精确策划并开发具备竞争力的产品； 4、确定产品策略、季节主推、产品卖点，负责新品上市与宣传推广； 5、领导交办其它工作事项。 任职资格： 1、大专及以上学历，鞋类相关专业，熟悉面向学生群体的休闲类女鞋产品特性，市场敏锐度高，具有一定应用创新能力，具备较好的产品推广思路； 2、5年以上相关岗位工作经验；产品规划能力强、精通市场调研及数据分析技能；有鞋类企划/设计师工作经验优先； 3、具有良好的组织协调能力、思路清晰，主动性强。

Director-New Product Sourcing-Electronics
Responsibilities: Lead the NPI sourcing activities and supplier lifecycle management. Lead the negotiation on complex outsourcing contracts with new suppliers, including commercial terms, warranty, delivery, etc. Identify business optimization opportunities and drive sourcing excellence leveraging industry knowledge, re-sourcing and cost benchmarking. Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholder teams to launch products globally.
