Manage end-to-end overseas procurement by sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budget. Coordinate purchasing, shipping, customs, and warehouse activities to secure efficient freight, accurate import documentation, and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor purchase orders, analyze market and cost factors, prepare management reports, and lead the team to strengthen procurement and international trade capabilities.
Support month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and tax compliance.
Manage AP/AR transactions, maintain accounting records, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
