Reporting to Sales Manager , this role is base in Japan. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities of the companys equipment in assigned accounts and territories in Japan. The targeted equipment is glass processing machines used for cutting, drilling, grinding, edging, milling, polishing, tempering, and other processes involved in shaping and finishing glass products. The equipment can also extend to the tooling used for such machines, such as cutting tools, polishing wheels, and diamond drills. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to, cold calls, prospecting, qualifying, closing, and maintaining post-sale relationships. The Territory Sales Representative is also responsible for maintaining all administrative requirements such as call reports and CRM updates.

Calibration Engineer Responsibilities: Ensure calibration jobs (depot and on-site) are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives Work in the service department and customer site, calibrate equipment and provide technical support for products Calibrate equipment with ideally zero return rate Provide technical support to other service center/subsidiaries Optimize calibration process and asset utilization and maintenance Ensure traceability of calibration works Conduct service training Evaluate new product calibration capability Comply to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements Requirements Min. Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or relevant field of studies Min. 3 years work experiences in RF or Wireless industry Strong Test & Measurement technologies knowledge Strong RF knowledge and good concept of metrology Strong analytical skill Strong service mindset, culture & qualities Self-motivated and initiative Good communication & interpersonal skills Willing to travel to customer site Able to work independently as well as a team player Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements
