The Senior Training & Development Consultant is responsible for identifying business needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and providing expert advice to enhance organizational capabilities for both local and external clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess training requirements, developing tailored training solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of these programs to drive business performance.
