Thailand has had a very successful year!

Despite it being another year marked by a challenging environment with aggressive monetary policy, we were able to achieve remarkable growth while maintaining our strong HR business partner position and recruitment success capability. Going into 2023, we see a continued growth in the Thai market, with a focus on tech skills and project management and a growth in the demand for -  and availability of – temporary or contract staff.

At Gemini we are looking to build on our success in 2022 and confirm Gemini Personnel’s status as a leading HR business partner working with clients from start-up to fully operational MNC’s.

Thailand's salary trend reflects the high demand from employers for talented individuals especially in IT, sales, and business analyst positions. Currently Gemini are seeing job seekers at the professional level often receiving multiple offers, including counter offers from their existing employer. This has resulted in salaries rising by up to 40% in some cases.

Thailand's workers are also looking for flexibility and so there is a trend to expect the option of remote or hybrid working. If companies cannot offer this then they may also have to pay higher salaries to compensate.
