Responsibilities:

1. Process optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
2. Production management: Oversee daily operations of carbon black manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
3. Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth plant operations.
4. Data-driven decision-making: Monitor KPIs, analyze process data, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
5. Compliance and standards: Ensure adherence to ISO, OHSAS, and environmental regulations.
6. Team leadership: Mentor and develop process engineers and operators, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
7. Project execution: Drive process improvement projects, including new technology adoption and plant upgrades.

Requirements:

1. Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in process management, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or carbon black manufacturing industries.
3. Technical skills: Strong knowledge of process control, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
4. Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence.
5. Language: Proficiency in Thai and English for effective communication across local and global teams.
6. Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented with a commitment to sustainability and safety.
