Responsibility
1.Deliver the annual marketing plan for company in China
2.Build strong brand perception in China and Asia in company’s key target markets such as 3D printing, eV batteries, Textile printing
3.Manage the planning and execution of content marketing initiatives across various channels, including messaging pillars, blogs, PRs, social media and sales enablement kit
4.Provide support to sales, coordinating conferences and trade shows in the region
5.Managing the PR programme in China, including building relationships with Chinese trade journalists, adapting from English or writing from scratch releases and despatching to Journalists to obtain coverage
6.Manage Wechat channel, deliver content each month, measure results
7.Manage the company.cn website (including uploading content and managing any required design changes with local agency.
8.Localise product marketing materials and other collaterals in line with the company brand including management of translations from English
9.Localise company external communications
10.Manage delivery of external events in the region which includes finding opportunities to exhibit, budget dependent
11.Manage given budget, strategically plan and deploy the marketing activities in Asia, identify new opportunities (tradeshow, speaking platform, customer event etc) to maximise outreach and visibility in the region
12.Manage and grow relationships with key OEMs and strategic partners, collaborating with customers to develop content
13.Support OEM commercial visits in Asia
14.Monitor market trends and collect marketing intelligence to inform commercial team
Requirement:
1.Degree in marketing or product marketing related discipline would be advantageous
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin
3.Strong written communication skills in Mandarin
4.Strong social media marketing skills, solid experience in managing the social media platforms in China e.g. WeChat
5.Strong communications and relationship building skills, both internally and externally
6.Strong presentation skills
7.Proven experience in marketing communications (ideally in technology products and definitely business to business) and in using associated tools to support sales objectives
Responsibilities:
Take resposibility for defining marketing strategy according the company's long term and short term goal, developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that implement this marketing strategy.
Manage and integrate R&D,Purchase,Finance and Production etc. to ensure sustainable and profitable brand growth and increasing consumer relevance in a very competitive market.
Work closely with sales team to ensure the excellent trade execution to generate leads and transfer to sales revenue.
Close cooperation with HQ in order to ensure to adapt brand strategy, portfolio management, media and e-commerce in the best possible way for the Chinese consumer and -shopper and to best of the overall band strategy.
Representing the Chinese consumer in all group-wide cross-departemental projects.
Requirements:
Has 10+ years of working experience of marketing management in FMCG industry.
With sensitive insight of the market, strong logical thinking, communication and organizational skills.
Has a strong capabilities of data collection, collation and analysis.
Has a comprehensive understanding of the operation of advertising, communication, public relations.
Strong business sense and profound Marketing experience incl. Media-strategy and planning, consumer and retail research, competitive strategy and brand positioning.
With a track record in growing brands in a competitive environment.
Solid Product management and project management skill - leadership skills; hard on issues and soft on people.
Excellent aesthetic ability and logical thinking.
Cultural sensitive and interested in cross-cultural communication. Presentation skills.
Self motivation and fast learner, willing to work under pressure.
Good at communication and willing to share, likes to work in teams.
Familiar with E-commerce and KA management; Innovation management.
