In particular will ensure that the correct processes are being followed in relation to handling customer complaints and fair treatment of customers. ? To maintain up to date knowledge of all Bupa Global products, policies, and systems to ensure accurate assessment of risk and giving advice to third parties. ? To provide input where required to literature and form design for new products or changes to existing products. ? Carry out thorough and detailed investigation of cases referred into the team to determine whether the symptom or condition being claimed existed prior to the patient’s original date of joining Bupa Global and was not disclosed at the point of application. ?
