Practice Development Senior Executive (6 months contract)
Our client is a leading Barristers' Chambers, they are seeking a dynamic Practice Development professional to provide maternity cover for our Practice Development Manager. Working closely with our Practice Development Committee and Head of Chambers, you will play a key role in driving marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting our barristers in building their practices.
TheCommercial Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial stra
tegy and overseeing all operational activities of the retail business. This role is pivotal in
ensuring the business meets its financial targets while maintaining high productivity acr
oss the workforce. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in retail ma
nagement, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing largeteams a
nd multi-site operations. This role is in charge to lead the whole Commercial strategy
and execution within the Company, including Retail, Ecommerce, Real Estate and any
new selling channel that may be launched in the future.
