Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and contract management for all levels of staff. Establish and monitor KPIs using SMART indicators to evaluate employee performance and departmental effectiveness. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance. Conduct regular training programs on workplace ethics, safety, and company policies. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. Compliance & Legal Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industrial regulations, and international standards (e.g., WRAP, SMETA, BSCI). Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports for management and external stakeholders. Lead the implementation and supervision of CTPAT systems and other buyer-specific compliance programs. Maintain and renew factory licenses, certifications, and permits in coordination with government agencies. Liaise with local authorities and community leaders to ensure smooth operations and social responsibility alignment. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Conduct daily factory tours to monitor EHS compliance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe working conditions and adherence to safety protocols. Organize fire drills, safety training, and emergency response planning. Strategic Advisory Provide HR and compliance insights to support business decisions, workforce planning, and operational improvements.
