In this Compensation & Benefits Manager role, you will strategically manage and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs. You will liaise with external vendors and benefit brokers to resolve employee inquiries and claims, and oversee the enrollment and administration of new hires into benefit programs. A key part of your role will involve proposing cost-effective program design changes and collaborating with the Welfare Committee and other departments to gather insights and develop initiatives for enhancing existing compensation and benefit offerings. You will be responsible for conducting salary and benefits benchmarking surveys, and overseeing the total compensation review process, including annual salary reviews and performance bonus allocations. Furthermore, you will develop and issue procedures and work instructions, ensuring their implementation and maintaining robust controls. You will also play a crucial role in promoting awareness and ensuring regular Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) training, responding to ESH incidents, and initiating preventive measures.
