This year, Gemini is launching its inaugural survey on human capital and developments in the Asia Pacific region.
The survey is aimed at collecting perspectives of Asian companies’ employee strategies covering the topics of attraction, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing.
Given the unprecedented global impact of COVID-19 on businesses, the survey will also seek to understand how the pandemic has affected employee management in organisations in 2020 and the foreseeable future.
Completion of the questionnaire is entirely anonymous and will take no longer than 10-15 minutes of your time. The survey data are reported only in aggregated form or in a manner that is not connected to identifying information.
