Introduction:

Our client is a global payroll and HR outsourcing service provider who are looking to expand into China.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY:
• Plan and execute  go-to-market plan for China
• Develop and execute the plan for the sourcing, onboarding and engagement of new direct clients within China, as well as strategic reseller partners, in line with annual targets
• Assist with development and rollout of marketing and promotional activities within the country to ensure that the business plan is achieved, working with internal  teams and external providers as required
• Meet established direct client sales quotas established by VP, APAC Revenue and the Global Employment Outsourcing Division Management
• Identify and create profitable relationships with Reseller Partners from various industries
• Help relevant global divisions and teams source and recruit relevant additional team members for various roles to ensure achievement of annual plans
• Undertake relevant training and support activities for partners to achieve high level of partner autonomy and increase results
• Leverage all available resources and relationships to source new Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) business opportunities
• Provide the business with country specific insights, guidance and advice, into the effectiveness of partnerships and direct client relationships highlighting areas where improvements can be made and how we can more effectively service the Chinese market
• Aggressively drive productivity via partner management best practice, sales best practice, training, marketing, and support activities
SECONDARY:
• Ensure the smooth and timely transition of partner and direct client business from sales to our onboarding team and then to operations, as well the continuous and ongoing high level of service quality perceived by the client
• Help in the day to oversight of the activities of China based onboarding and operations team members 
• Building a personal relationship with key client staff 
• Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitoring overall performance of services for Clients from the China market
• Good communication around issues and opportunities with client services – get things done, make things happen
• Collaborating with senior management on client account management
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the process, competencies and principles for Operations
• Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction
• Ensuring client’s and our long-term interests are met
• Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
GENERAL:
• Maintain accurate data at all times in CRM platform for your own and your team’s activities, clients and partners
• Accurately maintain and manage reporting and forecasting using the CRM tool
• Achieve and report KPIs as required by VP APAC Revenue and GEO division management
• Demonstrate and apply industry proficiency and knowledge in all aspects of the role
• Represent our core values, both externally and internally, in all aspects of the role at all times
• Keep the business informed on competition, competitive issues, products and industry trends
• Identify areas for improvement and actively drive processes to achieve the improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in planning, creating and executing effective B2B go-to-market plans in China
• Experience with direct client sales, field marketing activities
• Proven track record of achievement versus plan in highest level enterprise sales environment
• Proven ability to identify new opportunities with direct clients and partners
• Experience dealing with high level decision makers proposing, presenting and completing B2B sales processes
• Experience in creating strategic alliances, partnerships, relationship management, account management
• Demonstrable Global HR, employment, payroll, BPO and HRO market and services knowledge
• Demonstrable China HR, employment, payroll, BPO and HRO market and services knowledge
• Client services management skills
• Payroll experience including management, project management and/or related field experience
• Experience in managing multiple customers in a payroll/ HR or project management capacity 
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional working proficiency of Mandarin Chinese and English. Any additional language skills a plus but not essential
• Effective, high level written and verbal skills
• Independent proactive approach to resolving challenges
• Ability to work in collaborative environments as well as independently
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
• Excellent client and partner facing persuasive and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel globally
