Introduction:

Our client is a leader in the fast growing and competitive online prescription eyewear industry. They’re on a mission to become the world’s most loved online eyewear brand and a one-stop-shop for all your prescription eyewear needs

Responsibilities:

  • Support management on strategy and execution for key performance marketing channels including, but not limited to Facebook/Snapchat Ads, display ads and affiliate program to ensure all the task and deliverables are completed on time with quality.
  • Track, measure, analyze and report performance of all digital marketing implementations and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to create data-driven insights on a daily/weekly basis to ensure channel can hit the monthly target at a good pacing.
  • Measure and report performance by using various tools such as Google Analytics and third-party vendor platforms.
  • Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple marketing channels by working with cross‐functional team members that may include design, product, IT and brand marketing departments to ensure all the work will be done in a timely manner.
  • Oversee and daily communication/execution of channel strategies in conjunction with marketing partners and agencies to support the strategy planning, execution, analysis, and reporting. Participate in and run bi/weekly channel meetings with various marketing partners/agencies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of overall digital marketing experience required, preferably with experience in E-Commerce/Web applications (cross-border e-commerce platform跨境电商 is a plus).
  • Bachelor/Master degree in either Business/Marketing/Economics/Psychology is preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of overall digital marketing and E-Commerce/Digital Advertising, including: Affiliate program, Facebook advertising and Display ads.
  • Ability in data collecting and analyzing and be familiar with website analytics and performance marketing reporting tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc. is a plus).
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot table, Index, Match), PowerPoint, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community.
  • Self-starter, ability to solve problems quickly, think independently and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • A strong work ethic and personal accountability is a must.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
