Introduction:

Our client is seeking a Operations & Project Executive to join their team

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in preparing quotations and tender documents, coordinate project timelines and deliverables with internal teams.
2. To arrange shipping and logistics for project-related materials, liaise with clients and overseas suppliers/ manufacturers for project updates and requirements.
3. To maintain accurate documentation and records.
4. Occasionally attend client meetings or site visits.
5. To provide administrative support to manager and engineering team in marketing exploration.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Basic technical knowledge, preferably in electrical or mechanical fields.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Good Language (English and Chinese)
6. Willing to travel
