Introduction:

- Network Expertise: The candidate should have experience and a strong background in network infrastructure implementation and support, ideally possessing CCNP-level knowledge and skills. - Implementation & Maintenance: Responsible for implementing and maintaining network solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Migration Support: Execute migration strategies, provide support for network migration projects, and perform troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption.

- On-site Support & Compliance: Offer hands-on support for network installations and ensure network device patches comply with bank standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including users, internal teams, and service providers, regarding network changes and implementation.

Requirements:

- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on network performance and project status.

- Documentation & Planning: Help develop project plans/timelines and relevant documentation for network implementation.

- Change Management: Oversee the change management processes, ensuring all network implementation changes are approved and successfully executed.

- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of network assets and inventory.

- Availability: Provide non-office hours support as needed for project implementation or urgent network issues.
