Responsibilities:

         Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels

         Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

         Client Engagement: Support client relationships and understand hiring needs

         Job Matching: Align candidate profiles with client requirements

         Process Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement

         Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability

         Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

Requirements:

         Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

         Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese

         Excellent interpersonal skills and client service orientation

         Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused

         Ability to work independently and as part of a team
