Introduction:

Our client, a leading provider of advanced IT solutions and consulting services in the APAC, is now seeking a skilled Account Manager to strengthen its business development team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing clients and cultivate new relationships to drive business for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Big Data Analytics offerings tailored for enterprise and government sectors.
• Execute account and business strategies to meet sales targets and intricate opportunities involving various stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement with assigned clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to connect with customers.
• Build and sustain excellent customer relationships to identify business needs and stimulate demand.
• Collaborate with the presales and technical teams to create impactful presentations that convey the business and technical benefits of business solutions.
• Engage in bidding processes for government and commercial tenders.
• Collect market intelligence and insights on competitors.
• Receive on-the-job training that encompasses AI knowledge and industry expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 2 years experience in sales or customer service for enterprise or government clients
• A sociable, and accountable team player with proactive attitude
• Experience in crafting presales presentation materials and preparing tender submissions is preferred for senior roles.
• Background in business intelligence, data mining, or big data is highly preferred
• Self-motivated with the capability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin as an advantage but not essential.
