Our client, a prestigious family office managing diversified investment portfolios across asset classes, products, and geographies, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial needs and goals are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions, including investment management, estate planning, and tax advisory
• Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolio performance and align strategies with evolving client objectives
• Stay informed about market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and proposals to clients
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the overall strategy of the family office

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or financial advisory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong preference for candidates with existing books of business
• Experience in alternative products such as private equity, venture capital, or funds is preferred
