Responsibilities:

What Youll Do

        Accountable for Hong Kong's payroll administration with Payroll Outsourcing Vendor to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of payroll services

        Responsible for onboarding and offboarding

        To be the Administer of Iron Mountain's benefits programs including medical and life insurance, employee compensation, pensions and leave/time off attendance

        To Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

        Supervise internal HR systems and workflows and all work related to workforce planning

        Handle staff enquires and support employee communication & engagement

        Support and prepare staff reports for management

        Support HRIS and payroll system testing

        Provide support to HR initiatives and HR related projects assigned

 

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

        Experienced in partnering with payroll vendor

        Workday knowledge is preferred

        Demonstrated experience with year-end Rewards processes and executing on annual merit, bonus and other planning cycles

        Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholder groups

        Ability to organize and lead the entire lifecycle of a project

        Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making

        High degree of comfort with change, with the skill to easily shift priorities to meet business needs

        Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills.
