A well established MNC in MedTech has been hiring a sales administrator to cope with the growing business.


  • Provide full spectrum of service or sales administration support for the Medical Business
  • Be the liaison centre between sales and customers to manage the administration and planning of sales and services contracts and commercial logistics
  • Assist in answering customer queries regarding sales orders, stock and shipment of orders
  • Draft complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
  • Communicate and work closely with internal stakeholders, such as warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain proper documentation to ensure up-to-date and accurate records
  • Use SAP systems to maintain customer records and track orders and deliveries status
  • Support in gathering information for reporting 
  • Assist in placing orders and inventory control
  • Perform ad hoc duties/assignment as and when required


  • At least 3 years of solid experience in sales or service administration, preferably gained in sizeable companies or medical industry 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP/SAP system for daily operation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
