Introduction:

Our client, an international FMCG retailer is seeking candidates for the post of Head of Retail (HK, Taiwan and Macau).

Responsibilities:

• In charge of designated overseas retail sales performance with responsibility in P&L. 
• Lead stores sales and operation, in charge of Cluster and SICs’ performance, providing guidance to staff and develop sales and customer service skills.  Share best practice from Hong Kong management team to drive optimal business result.
• Implementing strategic plan to achieve sales target and business objectives.
• Perform sales & inventory analysis, operating cost, develop sales and performance reports for management review and to take appropriate actions.
• Work with training manager to provide training support to staff to develop skills in the role and to drive sustainable growth in sales
• Work with the Demand Planning Manager / supply chain team to perform effective stock control to maximize sales performance
• Monitor inventory control & products consolidation
• Research market trends in order to elevate our marketing positioning and service standard.
• Frequent travel for shop visits 

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies, Fashion, Finance or related discipline. 
• 5-10 years relevant experience in retail industry, preferably from luxury F&B retail / fashion brands / cosmetics.
• Experience in managing over 15 stores and sales team over 80 staff.
• Strong leadership with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Must be excellent in both Mandarin and English.
